"Twas Easter-Sunday. The full-blossomed trees Filled all the air with fragrance and with joy."
~Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, The Spanish Student: A Play in Three Acts (1840)
"Here comes Peter Cottontail, Hopping' down the bunny trail, Hippity, hoppity, Easter's on its way. Bringing' every girl and boy Baskets full of Easter joy, Things to make your Easter bright and gay." Wishing everyone a wonderful Easter Day, and may it be filled with much beauty, warmth, and love! And yummy treats from Peter Cottontail (or the Easter Beagle!). And I truly hope that this Spring season sees happiness spreading throughout the hearts of all, and new beginnings of kindness, goodness, integrity, peace, and love blossoming around the World.
I stayed up all night in the hopes of catching the Easter Bunny and having myself a nice Easter Sunday breakfast, but no such luck. I suppose it is a good thing, though, because had I caught and eaten the Easter Bunny then K would not have had an Easter basket full of chocolate treats when she woke up, and K without chocolate is not a happy K!
I want to thank all of you who shared your ideas with K and I on where we should move. There are so many exciting and beautiful places in the U.S. to consider, so it has been a difficult decision for K to make. If I could, I would have a dog house in every State and Country so I could visit and play with all of my blogging friends. I think a nomadic lifestyle would suit me just fine! Alas, that dream is on hold until I win the lottery. Or get a Patron. I'm just sayin'...

You've been missed in blogland. So happy to see your post. Happy Easter Suka and K.
Words from you are a truly wonderful gift this Easter! Hope K has developed a shortlist of possibilities and that you are both swimming toward a goal of attainable growth and happiness. You world looks like it is Greening, Suka, and we wish you all the hope and promise of this season! Know we walk beside you.
It's a very hard decision to make to move. Omaha has good pet laws (you can have up to 5 with a special license), but you can live outside our city lines and have whatever you want. And, Omaha, for being a big city, is really not all that big. Easy to get around it, and job market that is good.
If you have any questions, or just want to chat, please send me a message at hollyshouse5 @ yahoo dot com. I know the best places to find to live at affordable prices that are in good, decent neighborhoods. We'd love to have another Malamute to play with!
Good luck!!! We are still keeping you in our thoughts!
