You woke me up...why?
That is not the look of love on my face. That is the look of bother after being woken up from an awesome nap. And for a picture, no less!
Now that is the look of love! Happy awake dogs make great photos! And happy dogs with a tummy full of meaty bones, romping around a snowy mountain, make even better photos. So, when do we leave? I'm just sayin'...

I'd love to snuggle up against that fur and give Suka a hug and kiss.
Hope all is well.
Beautiful!
LOL! That video is hysterical!
Hugs,
You look so peaceful and blessed, my friend! Know I have already told Nuka all about you and what a special friend you are.
You deserve a meaty bone after being woken up and all!

Suka you look so happy & loving life. Too bad you had to wake from your awesome dream for a pic. Happens to us too sometimes. These humans go crazy with the flashy camera thingie.
Thanks for visiting. We do like visitors, maybe too much though. Some are overwhelmed when seeing the 5 of us right now.
Happy Tailwags

PeeEss: Lucas is already starting to do better with the submissive peeing. He is playing & getting used to our Dad. Something happened before he came here & he is afraid of men.

(P.S. My humans wake me up for pics, too..but mostly to let me 'out' because I'm -potty training- whatever that means! They whisk me out the door so fast, I'm still sleepy! Geeze! No leisure wake up for me!)
Hey Suka - we're both featured on The Teacher's Pets blog hop today! It's nice being in great company with you! Happy Thursday!
Oh Suka, you look so sweet.
Why do humans always feel it's necessary to take pictures of us when we are napping? What if we did that to them???
So unfair!
Holly

Suka, thanks for the very lovely welcome you left for my sister, Puff and for your kind words and encouragement. Sometimes mom wants to magically erase our pain or hurt so we can just be carefree pups...unfortunately she cannot always do that, you and I know, things happen in their own time...and way.
Hi, Suka! I wasn't sure if you would see my reply on my blog, so I thought I'd drop you a line here too! Thank you for your nice words by the way. I'm glad you are enjoying the "Canine Cooking Corner" as much as we are! To answer your question, the ball is a Portion Pacer. It comes in various sizes (depending on the size of your dog) and its purpose is to help dogs to slow down the pace of eating to avoid gas, stomach issues, bloat, etc. Three of my Sibes just about inhale their food, so this helps them eat more slowly as they have to eat around it. Talk to you soon!
